Mid Ulster Vintage Vehicles Club raise £17,000 for charity
Mid Ulster Cars were delighted to once again support the Mid Ulster Vintage Vehicles Club annual vintage tractor and car trek which took place over 20th and 21st July 2018.
This year marked the 41st anniversary of the trek which has traditionally chosen a charity to benefit from the fundraising activity, this year Asthma UK was the nominated charity.
At the front of the trek was the Toyota Hilux, 2.4D-4D Invincible X Double Cab Pickup from Mid Ulster Cars which led the vehicles through 20 towns and villages over the 2 day period, stopping to collect charity donations along the way.
A massive £17,000 was collected and presented to Asthma UK following this year's trek. To date, Mid Ulster Vintage Vehicles Club has donated an outstanding £484,000 to various charities since it’s first tractor trek in 1977.
