Terms and Conditions: 24-Hour Test Drive Event - All-New Aygo X

Mid Ulster Cars Ltd wish to give drivers who fulfil the “Eligibility Criteria” the opportunity to test drive the New Yaris Cross, subject to the terms and conditions below.

By taking part in this test drive, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Test Drives offered will be subject to availability, eligibility and is available only at Mid Ulster Cars Toyota, Cookstown.

24-Hour Test Drive Terms & Conditions

1. The 24-hour test drive event will be available to start in the period from 16th-24th May 2022.
2. Open to residents in Northern Ireland and aged 21 years or over who have held a full valid UK driving licence for longer than 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points on their license and no disqualifications in the last 5 years.
3. Test drives will be limited to one person.
4. A copy of a passport will be held to fulfil the 24-hour test drive.
5. The 24-hour test drive of the All-New Yaris Cross can be taken at Mid Ulster Cars, Toyota Cookstown subject to status and availability. Test drive terms and conditions apply. Maximum of 100 miles permitted in 24 hours.
6. Subject to availability.
7. Mid Ulster Cars Ltd will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any `liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Mid Ulster Cars Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the 24-hour test drive or to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to you for doing so.
